The free app allows you to track your daily, weekly and monthly meditation sessions, and encourages you to aim for a 15 minute meditation goal every day. You can elect to receive a meditation chime after your meditation session, or you can elect for the app to remain quiet.
In addition, you are able to see other users who are meditating nearby or display yourself on a map during a meditation. This helps build a community as well as motivate others to meditate themselves.
